Ben Novello is the former president of Outback Steakhouse. He joined the organization in 1991 and quickly rose through the ranks to become the company's leader. Interviewed by Winn Claybaugh in 2001, Ben explained that a human being couldn't be in 650 locations every day to inspect that the culture was intact, but a vision and a standard could.
