Hey! It is Natalie Jill! Today on Midlife Conversations I am chatting with Lavinia Errico about MOVEJOY. MOVEJOY incorporates various practices that are already well-known, such as breathwork, movement, affirmations, somatic release, and visualization. Lavinia has combined these scientifically proven methods into a unique MOVEJOY sequence. The real magic lies in how these elements are sequenced! The first 12 minutes focus on releasing pent-up energy and opening up to positive energy. Then, it transitions into a more traditional workout, offering a complete 45-60 minutes activation experience.
