In this episode, I talk about my crazy week where I spent a few days in hospital, my cousins death and other life pressures I was going through all in that same week that led to suicidal thoughts. Also briefly about church and my faith. In addition, about the podcast and getting feedback to improve anything. Thank you for listening and thank you for supporting.
