Hey there! This is your host, Joanne French. Today I am speaking with Elizabeth Sanchez, holistic life coach, energy worker, and business consultant. Elizabeth explains how she went from a six-figure income as a network marketer to finding her passion and purpose through health and wellness. She shares with us the day she had a 'bathroom floor moment,' that put her on the direct path to becoming a holistic life coach where she helps women empower themselves. Elizabeth and I also talk about "how we attract what we feel," as well as what it means to "live in abundance." She describes how 'everything is energy,’ and as humans, our thoughts are energy. Sure, that seems like a simple thing, but it's more complex than you think (for me, anyway). Here is where I had a 'moment' of my own. I didn't realize it when speaking with Elizabeth live. It hit me like an ice cream truck days later. HINT: Living in scarcity attracts scarcity. I have some work to do and taking steps to get back on track.
