At the start of the year, it's natural for us to want to make many decisions.
And making decisions can be tiring AND emotional!
It’s the 3rd week of the year, and I’ve already:
- Ended 2 collaborations (it was a mutual ending for both collaborations). I just got a thank you email last week from one of the VPs, and it has led me to a big contract with another company.
- Deleted 441 emails from my email list, which has led to a 28% email open increase
- Started waking up 1 hour earlier. Out of all 3 things I’ve done, this has been the hardest. It’s been a blistering 50 degrees in LA lately! I want to stay in bed. (LMAO, I know I’m being a baby)
And I’m sure there are other decisions you need to make, like…
- How much money do you want to earn this year?
- Which trips should I take this year?
- What am I making for dinner tonight? I’m still figuring this out ;)
With this long list of decisions, the important question we should ask is:
HOW CAN WE TRUST OURSELVES?!
