Taking a break is underrated. So often, we push ourselves to a limit and our BODY tells us when to stop.

On this week’s episode, Kristen shares her insights on why it is so important for our physical, mental, and spiritual health to recognize and take breaks from the hustle and grind to pause, reflect, realign, and pivot ourselves in the direction of growth.
