I am joined by Emily Kosichek! Emily is a 23 year-old fashion content creator from Vancouver, BC. She grew up in North Vancouver (also dancing) and eventually did her undergrad in Business at Queen’s University. Apart from content creation, she also works in the fashion industry, specifically in Product Development. Her Tiktok account has grown to nearly 160k followers and 4 million views. Her videos often show her day-to-day outfits and vlogs. I absolutely love her style. I’ve had a few different TikTok people on, but none in the fashion industry.

Emily provides amazing insight into what it's like to be in the fashion industry, how saturated it is and how to stand out, how to approach brands, and how TikTok helped grow her social media presence. She also mentions that the two things she believed helped her grow is one, her daily casual outfits, and two, her body type. She finds that a lot of her followers appreciate her style but also feel grateful that there is more diversity in terms of body types on the platform.
