- The Trump Administration is in the process of implementing changes to the Endangered Species Act and the National Environmental Policy Act. Companies will be able to argue that lost profits justify taking animals off of the endangered species list. Meanwhile, the government is trying to eliminate public comment periods on mineral extraction from public lands.
