The introduction of the Holy Spirit was heralded by a storm (A mighty rushing wind) and this is very consistent with the words of Jesus about those that are born by the Spirit. "The wind blows where it wants to, and you hear its sound, but don't know where it comes from and where it is going. So is everyone that is born by the Spirit." - John 3: 8 WEB
Where there is a change in the external condition, there must of necessity be a change in state. "It is not every storm that comes to disrupt your path, some storms come to clear your path" - someone said. Indeed, we should allow God to speak to us through the storms, for therein, we might be redirected and pruned to fit into our purpose!
