Dylan Schmidt, a Junior History/Secondary education major at Fort Hays State Univeristy, visits with Hollie Marquess about his recent research on Dutch interactions with Japan. In this episode, Dylan examines how the Dutch were able to remain relevant to the Japanese in an era in which the Japanese were isolating from foreign influence.
