PTSD and how it can affect come in many forms. In today's episode, Lauren Aguon, Veteran spouse, joins Hannah to discuss how she and her husband tackle PTSD in their family unit. Communication and empathy are key to understanding the symptoms and being able identify triggers that may contribute to the behavior and reactions.
