Mitch and Katie Ehly started investing into their own short-term rentals and eventually expanded to managing other people's properties.
They were particular about the properties they chose, ensuring they fit their brand. They later transitioned into the commercial property market and bought a 15-unit motel in Door County, Wisconsin. They renovated the motel and launched it as the Fresh Coast Motel.
