Feminism! What is it good for? Absolutely nothing! Or is it? On today's show, Kristin and Jeni discuss the history of feminism and where we are today. Is third wave feminism helping or hurting women and is it really necessary? Or should we take a page from the post-feminism book and declare that we've achieved our objectives and can leave the bra buring behind? March 8th is the declared Day Without Women, but what would happen if we had a Day Without Men? We end with a discussion on radical versus individualist feminism, and a quote from Wendy McElroy: "The Great Truth is that women in our society constitute one of the most privileged and powerful classes of human beings on earth. The challenge is to make women believe in their power. 'Woman as victim' is an idea whose time has passed. The idea of woman as a survivor and a success must take its place."
