Xenia Chen is the founder of Threads, a direct to consumer tights company. She started the company while she was working in finance and in 2019, she took a leap of faith to pursue entrepreneurship full-time. That turning point led to some pivotal conversations, including explaining her decision to her Mom by comparing it to her parents' decision to immigrate to Canada.
