Today we're giving thanks to the act that has united communities, broken boundaries, and salvaged many a holiday season since the dawn of time: day drinking. Singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Chris LaRocca joins us at the bar today as we get to the square root of the math rock genre, construct a biopic dream cast, and discuss his debut album, i cried my eyes out.

Manic Maple
- 2oz Bourbon
- 3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz of Maple Syrup
- Ginger Beer
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon Stick
- Lemon Slice
- Shake bourbon, lemon juice, and maple syrup with ice.
- Strain into rocks glass with ice.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.
- Garnish with cinnamon stick, a lemon slice, and shaved ginger, which yes we are adding retroactively. Don't judge us.
