Bradey interviews Katherine about her past experiences conducting psilocybin research at Johns Hopkins, which was fairly close to ground zero of the psychedelic research resurgence. They touch on where Katherine's interests are now and discuss the ultimate value that the mystical experience can and does have, when the lessons and values that it reveals are integrated into a modern life.
