Caleb dives into his history of rent in New York, his financial perspective on the current state of renting, how he was able to get in front of celebrities who have come on his show, the business behind getting the celebrities on the show with the idea of mutually building more of a following, filming on a single phone, how he differentiates from other creators, and how he is able to monetize.
