Rachel has 17+ years of experience leading, developing, and coaching global teams in Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise is in learning and development, where she has designed, developed, and launched multiple billion-dollar brands and trained teams who have negotiated multiple billion-dollar contracts. Rachel's favorite accomplishment was creating multiple leadership capabilities academies focused on the holistic development of individuals and leaders.
In 2020, Rachel took the biggest leap of faith and started my coaching/consulting business, Realize You Coaching.
