Meet Sarah Grace, a psychotherapist and someone who's recently recovered from alopecia.
Psychotherapy is the use of psychological methods, particularly when based on regular personal interaction, to help a person change behaviour, increase happiness, and overcome problems.
Alopecia is a broad condition that refers to sudden hair loss / patchy baldness which can develop anywhere on the body,
In this conversation together I wanted to explore psychotherapy with Sarah and what her practice with clients looks like. I wanted to see what could be learned from her expertise and taken into my daily practice.
With her background in psychotherapy and psychology I also wanted to explore her own personal journey with alopecia, what what it was like through the process and what she learned from it.
