In this episode I wanted to talk about conflict and how best to navigate through the inevitable challenges that are going to come up for you in life with friends, families and in relationships .
I share this as it's something I'm so conscious of. Fact is, conflict is a part of life and the better we know and learn how to show up in the world and deal with challenges like this, ultimately they better we live and ultimately thrive.
