Have you ever thought to yourself, "why are we the only species on planet earth who has to pay to live here?" It's not like we have a choice in the matter. Come to think of it shouldn't housing being a human right? After watching Canadian media outlets recount the forcible removal of homeless people from their encampments in public parks, it got me to thinking. People are spending money not only to leave planet earth but also to purchase "land" on lunar/extraterrestrial bodies. How can we place a price tag on extraterrestrial land let alone the land we are bound to? I don't know about you, but I think this is another age old question deserving some exploration.
