Research is well underway to develop technology that will read our thoughts. What would be the benefit to this technology? Could this help advance humanity or will it be used to impose more control and oppression? Should we have a say in what technology is funded when the goal is for it to become publicly implemented? Is it possible to opt out of technological advances or will it become mandatory to comply if we want to participate in society? Welcome to the land of no easy answers...
