Former Clark County Public Administrator Robert Telles was found guilty in August for the murder of Las Vegas Review-Journal reporter Jeff German over articles about him. A jury sentenced him to life in prison with the possibility of parole in 20 years. On Wednesday, a judge added eight years to the minimum time behind bars.
