Trump's case against Stephanopoulos includes defamation with malice - a reckless regard for the truth. Letitia James' is on the path from being NY's incredibly awful District Attorney to being an incredibly awful landlord as she attempts to seize Trump's assets in his $450M bond case. After the interest, loss of the building value and usage of the asset, under NY law, it might be better for Trump to just squat on his own properties.
