In 1972 Title IX was a simple, one sentence federal law that simply prohibits discrimination of publicly funded education programs on the basis of sex. It leveled the playing field athletically and educationally for women seeking higher education or scholastic athletics. The Biden administration's expanded enforcement of "sexual orientation and gender identity" has opened up Pandora's box.
