Baraa ElSabbagh is a beautiful soul who found her passion in motivating people to start healthy habits, teaching them how to do it right and how to enjoy themselves in this process of change.

Born to a family of entrepreneurs, she didn’t resonate with the 9-5 corporate world and started her own business right off the bat.
