In my practice as a Trauma Therapist, the subject of sleep (or lack thereof) is certainly had in the first session because of how foundational in our Mental, Emotional and Physical Health. If you or someone you love struggles with sleep this Episode is for you!

Angela S. Capozzi earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2003. She completed her predoctoral training at The Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University. She went on to specialize in Primary Care Psychology and completed her post-doctoral fellowship at the Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She has been practicing health psychology for over 20 years and strong areas of interest include mind/body psychology, somatic therapies, and working with sleep disorders. She has supervised trainees, residents, and fellows for over 15 years in Primary Care. She has a public health focus and a mission to improve access to evidence-based interventions for the masses.

Dr. Capozzi is on a mission to teach women, how to solve
their chronic sleep issues once and for all AND how to have proven, effective,
individualized solutions, so they can feel better each and every day, be more
present for their family and relationships, be the best they can be in their
careers, and do so without having to form any reliance on medications. She
recently rebranded herself and he is offering half off of her program to the
first 10 women who sign up.
