December has officially arrived and we are feverishly trying to prep. for Christmas and the holiday season! Cookies have to be baked, presents have to be bought and wrapped, the house needs to be decorated, and there are events and parties going on every night of the week…just to name a few things! The last thing anyone is thinking of right now is the spring real estate market or buying/selling a house!
