Women's Reproductive Care Crisis in Idaho with Susie Keller
Manage episode 440503245 series 3584190
Susie Keller is the CEO of the Idaho Medical Association, a group representing the medical professionals and their interests in the state of Idaho. She was tasked with working with legislators to produce functional legislation that both affirmed our state's laws as well as tolerable working environments that would attract and retain those who supply women's reproductive care to Idaho's women. As it stands now, Idaho is experiencing a mass exodus of women's care specialists, leaving our state and our women in a difficult spot. Neither Susie nor I are advocating for pro life or pro choice. We met to discuss the fallout of the existing legislation, something every Idahoan should consider.
