In this episode I’m going solo again and talk about all things ritualistic!
I take a deep dive and discuss the history of rituals, who started them and various types that have been held for the past 1000 or so years.
I talk about some of the more typical ones like religious and spiritual rituals…. but did you know that presidential inaugurations have very specific rituals to them? Or how about ceremonies to be initiated into a group or club?
I also wax poetic about some of my favorite rituals and how easily they can be incorporated into your life. They can be as simple or complex as we wish them to be!
