Hearing something for the second, third or fourth usually hits different! It connects deeper and really resonates! So in this episode I revisit Episode 13 and explore what we place value on, is it material things, is it accolades, is it your personal and social relationships?

The simple things in life, like being able to breathe, being able to see, being able to move unassisted are often taken for granted and are our biggest blessings.
