On this episode of the Oracle of Luna podcast, I am so honored to chat with Glenys Livingstone Ph.D. Glenys is the author of: “PaGaian Cosmology: Re-inventing Earth-based Goddess Religion”, which fuses the indigenous traditions of Old Europe with scientific theory, feminism, and a poetic relationship with place. Hers is an Eco spirituality that honors and celebrates the Earth-Sun annual cycle but also incorporates the unfolding of the Cosmos based on the Triple Goddess’ 3 main phases of Womanhood: Maiden, Mother, and Crone. Glenys hails from Australia, where she has facilitated seasonal ceremonies for decades, taught classes, and mentored apprentices. Her new book “A Poiesis of the Creative Cosmos: Celebrating Her within PaGaian Sacred Ceremony” documents the synthesis of her work over the past decades. She is an Elder and foremother of the Goddess Spirituality movement which began with her religious studies in Berkeley and her many influences such as Starhawk , Thomas Berry, Mary Daly, etc. Glenys also teaches a year-long on-line course "Celebrating Goddess and Cosmogenesis in the Wheel of the Year" for both hemispheres.
