Today, we're chatting about the Sneaky Duplex house hacking strategy. Totally fine if you've never heard of it before - we actually coined the phrase a few years ago! We define a Sneaky Duplex rental as: "...specifically the act of adding an exterior door to a bedroom in your home to make it a separate space for short- or long-term rental."
