Judging ourselves and others is a part of our daily lives, whether we like to admit it or not. Some of these judgments are positive, others are negative. The effects of our negative judgments can sometimes be so deeply rooted in our minds that we may not even realize how much of an impact it has on the way we think- because it feels so normal.
