Hello, Midnighters! Sebastiaan here, welcoming you back to another Wednesday, our day to connect through the beats, the vibes, and the spirit of The Midnight Project. This show is for those of us who live for that pulse, that steady, relentless drive of techno that fuels our days and ignites our nights. It's all about letting the music take you deeper – deeper into the moment, deeper into the rhythm, and, just maybe, deeper into yourself.
This week’s episode is packed with the raw energy and rich textures that make techno the lifeblood of our community. Starting with Uto Karem’s remix of Cloy's "Cosmique," this track sets the tone with an otherworldly feel that pulls you right in. Uto’s known for his innovative minimalistic approach, creating music that’s equally intense and hypnotic. His remix adds layers that take you on a journey through sound, making it a perfect opener to the set.
Next up, we’ve got Danny Fontana and Elvis Ojeda’s "Limitless," brilliantly remixed by Tiger Stripes. Tiger Stripes brings a raw and primal energy to this track, giving it an edge that commands attention. Known for his unique blend of tribal beats and dark undertones, he has a way of making each track feel like an adventure. This remix captures the intensity of a late-night session, keeping the energy up and the vibe immersive.
And to wrap things up, there’s my own private edit of Marie Vaunt’s "Obey." Marie Vaunt has a reputation for her fierce, dark, and gritty style, and "Obey" is no exception. My edit brings a fresh twist, channeling that raw energy while adding a layer of drive and atmosphere. This track is one I’m particularly proud of, crafted with you in mind, hoping to bring something new to your listening experience.
