Dames, United States Army (ret.), is a highly decorated military intelligence officer and an original member of the U.S. Army's prototype remote viewing training program. This method, which both U.S. and Soviet agents utilized during the Cold War, allows psychics to access 'remote geographic targets otherwise inaccessible.'
