In this episode, Ben and I dive deep into the rabbit hole of depression for both him and his step dad. This would have to be the most comprehensive talks surrounding depression and suicide I have done on the podcast to date. We talk about the suicide of his step father and how Ben had his own end game planned. We see exactly how blind we can get when depressed when Ben tells us how his problems were extremely similar to his fathers and couldn’t see it himself. Incredibly Ben's last hooraa ended up to be his saving grace.
