Hey Friend,
To be authentic is to be true to yourself. I want to encourage you today. You don't have to change who you are. You don't have to change your body or the way you do your hair or the way you think or the ideas that you have to fit into some cultural mold or somebody else's idea. It's OK for you to exist as you are in the world. And not only is it OK -- it's good! However you are, there's a space for you here. And if there's not a space for you in the community that you're in, it's OK to create space for yourself, and to get to know yourself, and to be secure in the you that you are. You know, we are able to be compassionate with other people when our first compassionate with ourselves. If you were sitting across from me right now I would look in your body and the way you see the world -- it's beautiful! And yeah, we all have places that we can grow and change and become better versions of ourselves. But, that's the key! Better versions of ourselves. Rest in being confident who you are. You're here on purpose, for a purpose. On purpose!
I can't wait to meet you here tomorrow.
