Have you ever been confronted with scarcity mindset? Scarcity mindset is when it seems like there's not enough opportunity or resources or encouragement or -- you fill in the blank -- to go around. Scarcity mindset can rob us of friendships, can rob us of co-creating, and it can rob us of our own joy in doing what we love to do and doing the things that really add value to the world that we exist in. What comes along with scarcity mindset is competition, and when we compete with each other it's because we feel like there's not enough to go around -- which is scarcity mindset. I want to encourage you today, don't compete with the people around you. You are different, like we've been talking about. And therefore it's not a competition! We can be each other's biggest cheerleaders. And there is more than enough opportunity, encouragement, resources, everything in this world for everyone. What if instead of competing we held hands? Whether you wanna hold hands for real or not is up to you. But what if we held hands and what if we cheered each other on and what if we saw the value in our own story, and what we bring and we also saw the value of the people around us?? Let's choose collaboration and friendship and partnership and cheering instead of competition and scarcity. How will that change our lives if we do that?
