The big thing to understand is that you and I, are human at the end of the day. The emotions that we feel are because we are looking at them in a negative view instead of a positive and I am guilty of it as well. I've been a bit off lately and I have to see it as an opportunity of growth. As hard as it may seem seeing things through a positive lens will help you understand that's not to say that you won't feel the impacts of those outcomes, but remember its about the journey not the results... However, that is easier said than done at during some instances on our journeys.
On this episode I go into my own state of mind, what I'm aware of in my own life and how I have fallen, yet using my tools that have helped me get this far is what I reflect on to encourage and motive me to press on!
