This current season of life has truly...put me through the ringer. I know that it's necessary for my next level of growth but damn has it been hard lately. It all feels so jarring but I know that this is where the true transformation lies. Feeling the fear, feeling scared, feeling into the dark is all a part of the process. A part of us has to die in order to be reborn. Sharing from this raw, vulnerable, open state about my fears and being able to openly admit them feels so freeing. I'm fully ready to create new belief systems for myself, but the first step in doing so is acknowledging what needs changing, and why? Why do I no longer want to feel the way that I'm feeling? What do I want to feel? What do I want to BE? What needs to be released in order to free up space for change to usher in? Thank you for listening. Thank you for showing empathy towards me. Thank you for joining me on this joy ride. It sure doesn't always feel joyful, but I know for certain that the moments in between the joy are what make the joyous ones that much sweeter.
