Do you ever feel guilty for taking a day to do nothing? Do you feel uncomfortable with the idea of being content with what you have or how you look? Do you feel like it is a cop out to "settle" for less than you could achieve (or that someone else hints you can or should achieve)?

There is a difference between contentment and apathy. We can work hard and achieve great things and yet be content with less than society hints we should have or be.
