Gary David is a Professor Sociology and Experience Design at Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. His work focuses on how to create experiences that bring people together to create a sense of connections and belonging. In experience design, he specializes in customer, user, learning, employee, and patient experiences. He also researches the design and use of technology for the workplace.
