Brian Kochendorfer is the Managing Member of Arc Equity Group, a Chicago-based real estate investment firm specializing in acquiring and operating apartment properties in the Midwest. Brian is a general partner in 700 units and limited partner in over 400 apartment units with a total value of approximately $110,000,000. In addition, Brian is President and a Principal at Essex Realty Group, Inc., which has consistently been a top multifamily brokerage firm in Chicago since 1990. He has 17 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and has been involved in over $900M in real estate transactions throughout his career, primarily in multifamily. At Arc, Brian leverages his investment and brokerage experience to oversee the firm’s acquisition and operational strategy.
