As we head towards the last half of the summer, many have managed to find joy and work through this very challenging reality. However, it is worth questioning: are we dealing with this situation in the best and most healthy way that we can? Sometimes it is necessary to step back and reset. Go back to the basic and check in with ourselves and others to see how we are doing and what steps we are taking to help flatten the curve. Have we been successful?
