Guest Biography

Aparna Sinha is the Director of Product Management at Google Cloud. Named one of the "Power Women in Cloud" by Forbes, and a strategic thought leader in Enterprise Software, Aparna has a track record for creating new revenue streams and building competitive advantage through technical and go-to-market innovation. She currently runs the Developer Platforms business.
At Google, Aparna has worked on Anthos, Kubernetes, Android, ChromeOS and Play. Before Google, she was Director of Product for Storage and Data Management at NetApp, delivering the OnCommand product family, winning placement in Gartner’s “Leaders” quadrant for storage software. She was recruited to Netapp from McKinsey & Company where she was a leader in the business transformation office, working with CXOs on IT strategy, pricing, and M&A.
Aparna holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford and has authored several technical and business publications. She serves on the Governing Board of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF).
