Multi-talented Jennifer Finch is a force of nature: musician, photographer, record producer, actor, boundary pusher and often, the smartest girl in the room. Best known as bassist, vocalist and songwriter for L7, she also kicked ass in Other Star People and The Shocker. In this episode, Jennifer and hostess Pleasant Gehman recall the Los Angeles indie scene in the late ‘80’s and early 90s, dishing on Courtney Love, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bad Religion, Mad Society and the legendary LA club The Starwood.
