For the second episode, we decided to dive into the big question: What is Circling? Because circling is a foundational practice of the Relational Arts, it's a great idea to have some working definition. We also provide a loose sketch of how to start circling in your own life.
We go on to touch on the differences between Circling Europe and the Circling Institute approaches.
