This week, Matt and Jay are joined by bodybuilding icon, social media star and businessman Tom Coleman! Tom began his bodybuilding career in 2013, competing in the UKBFF Men's Physique category. He quickly made a name for himself, winning several titles in his first year of competition. However, it wasn't until he switched to the Classic Physique category in 2016 that he really began to shine. In 2017, Coleman won his first professional competition, the IFBB Diamond Cup in Rome, Italy. He followed this up with a win at the 2018 IFBB European Championships in Santa Susanna, Spain.In 2019, he won the prestigious Arnold Classic Europe in Barcelona, Spain, cementing his status as one of the top Classic Physique competitors in the world. Off the stage, Coleman is a personal trainer and fitness coach, helping others achieve their fitness goals. He is also active on social media, where he shares his workouts, diet tips, and motivational messages with his followers.
