This radical new atheist movement seeks to dismiss Christianity by disregarding the historicity of Jesus of Nazareth. While Jesus Mythicism holds little to no scholarly support, Jesus Mythicists enjoy a wide base of approval from communities on the internet as they claim that Jesus was not a historical figure, but a mythical figure invented by the church. Ken Humphreys is among the most popular of the Jesus Mythicist spokesmen. Our guest today has debated many from the Jesus Mythicist campaign, including Humphreys. Nick Peters joins us to discuss the flaws of Jesus Mythicism and how the modern Christian can engage those who hold to Jesus Mythicism.
